Stayed here for one nite to attend a concert at echo arena, the room was basic but clean as was the bathroom.On the downside the hotel has an unloved feel to it and in need of a massive make over which I doubt will ever happen, it's the noisiest place I've ever stayed with internal noise from above at 7am and from the street outside not helped by only having the original windows (single glazing and rotten frames) thier is no central heating in the hotel and relys on plug in electric heaters everywhere and thank God we had one in our room as it was a cold night.Continental breakfast was fine but basic and staff were pleasant.This hotel (during our stay) seems to attract some dubious looking characters all male and some very drunk...this is not a hotel I would return to with my partner.
Friendly , comfortable, clean and tidy. I would recommend the Lord Nelson 100%.
Great city centre hotel very close to Lime St station, good comfortable rooms, and a decent breakfast in the morning. A little noisy at night, but this is made clear at reception, and not unexpected considering the location.
The service in this Hotel was 5* plus.... the rooms were clean warm and comfortable the Continental breakfast choices were more than adequate and the quality superb.. The Warmth of ALL the staff was OUTSTANDING for all of the 3 days I stayed here... When my next planned visit to Liverpool comes around... I shall definitely return here and already boasted it's qualities to friends and colleagues. ..
Pleasant overnight stay here. Very friendly staff, clean, basic hotel. Varied continental breakfast. Parking is available about 100m away for a reasonable fee. Great location for visiting the museums, O2 and the theatre. 5 minute drive to Albert docks. Overall a decent but basic hotel, worth staying in for the price you pay. Would be nice if there was a small amount of complimentary soap available in order to wash your hands.
