Fantastic spa facility at the Doubletree. Sam took great care of me when I arrived frazzled from my flight from Dallas. Enjoyed the spa facilities and a much needed pedicure. Definitely recommend!
Wonderful hotel. Impressive decoration, very close to the center of the city. The service was excellent. Spacious room, very well equipped with an espresso machine, a safe, small refrigerator.
Got to be the best hotel in Liverpool City! Quality customer service, staff our friendly and welcoming. Rooms are a great size and CLEAN! Which is hard to find in town these days. Breakfast was amazing so much to chose from everything was delicious. Definitely be staying here.
Clean, comfortable, modern rooms that are well designed and decorated. Good night's sleep plus a great shower. Friendly check-in staff. The room was rather warm and the air-con wouldn't kick in for some reason - that's my only gripe.
Beautiful hotel in a great location to explore Liverpool. The staff were all amazing and couldn't do enough for us while we were there for 2 nights. Breakfast was good quality and plenty of choice. Highly recommended.
