Booked in here out first date night in over a year. Staff are really friendly and the rooms are clean and modern. Shower was hot and powerful just what you want. Would stay here again!
Perhaps the best hotel I've ever stayed in considering price and location. Perfectly located in the city center, clean, amazingly refurbished, very friendly staff and great bar and breakfast. Room was also great. I've stayed in Liverpool in all kind of hotels but this was by many miles the best. No need to look elsewhere.
My daughter got married here staff where amazing no faults attention to detail. Fantastic day night .lovely food staff very helpful. One complaint lift was broken which was a problem .other than that I would recommend this hotel thank you very much
Hotel was lovely and clean, in a great location. Wouldn't stay again as it had loud music playing until about 3am. People in the corridors screaming and slamming doors. Worst part about the stay was we was woken about 4 times by housekeeping. Check out isn't until 12pm. One was in our room at 9am asking what time we are leaving. And then kept coming back and knocking on the door
A converted insurance building provides the home for this Aloft... a building of architectural splendour, with the traditional woodwork and carvings retained in many areas.The rooms, on the other hand, are modern and well presented - clean and comfortable.I didn't get chance to try the bar or restaurant (this time) but breakfast was plentiful... and all staff I interacted with friendly and helpful.
