Nice place to stay in the old Albert Dock, room & bed very comfortable. But the position of room was over the entrance, people perhaps don't understand the meaning of respecting other people's need for sleep when standing outside talking. Staff very friendly & courteous. Would recommend a visit.
First time I've stayed in this hotel. Room just like all other Premier Inns, but the building itself is very impressive. Had a good view from my room across the Dock with the Liver Building behind, so was nice and quiet.
The rooms are lovely and keep the character of the building exceptionally well. Beds are comfy as you would expect
A well located PI which is in an old dock building making a pleasant environment and a cut above the more traditional layouts. Usual breakfast and bar on site with the docks and town etc within walking distance. Parking is 20 opposite the entrance for an overnight stay.
Brilliant hotel. Central for most things. The rooms are fantastic in the old dock building. Spotlesley clean. Would definitely recommend.
