An unexpected stay in Liverpool after missing the train. Hotel just across the road from the station, sweet. Room and staff were great. Had a massive breakfast in the morning before checking out and leaving for London. Would stay again
This is a great hotel.It delivers what hotels should always do -Good, comfy, clean rooms. Good food in a friendly restaurant with lovely staff.Been up twice in as many weeks and its like a real home from home. The reception team sorted out a heating issue in the room within minutes and the breakfast service was excellent with a great host and friendly team members.I cant wait to get back up in a few weeks time.
On the whole, the staff and location were excellent. Room was clean and comfy.The layout with two double beds is bizarre. Conference room was on the cold side-this was raised but nobody came to rectify the issue. Also could have done with clear labelling at the breakfast counter. For some reason the menu on the table didn't show mushrooms as vegetarian.
