Loved this place! Great service, warm and inviting. Helpful staff. Comfortable, clean room. A relaxed place to go back to after seeing the sights and shopping. Excellent location. Will definitely go back.
Had a lovely stay for our wedding anniversary. Management even gave us 2 free drinks to celebrate. Breakfast was slightly hectic but we discovered that you're allowed to take your food back up to your room so no need to wait around for a table at the busiest times! Felt very secure with needing room key to enter the building and use the lifts. Bed was very comfortable and room was very clean.
Nice hotel. Good service and fantastic breakfast. Don't feel our room was suitable to be classed as a family room. If your children are older it may be wiser to ask if larger rooms with space and beds are available. The pull out double bed for our children was far to small and the near by construction site started work early!
Very friendly and helpful staff where nothing seems to be too much trouble. The rooms are a good size and very clean. Only a very short walk from the centre of town and the shops & restaurant. Ideally placed for shopping and the attractions of Albert docks.
Nice budget hotel, breakfast is included but this usually means a crowd of people to get through before accessing the buffet style breakfast. The room itself is nice with a good view of the docks, however the blind fell off the window along with the soap dispenser falling off the wall during our stay. However, these issues were quickly repaired. The gym has a good range of machines and equipment to use along with towels and access to water. Staff are very accommodating and helpful.
