Staff are great , very warm and welcoming. Rooms are clean and very comfortable only negative is the building's heat it is so hot sometimes .anytime I intend to come to Liverpool this is definitely the first place I'll book into Its only 4 in a cab into the city centre . Highly recommend
Lovely friendly staff. Excellent complimentary continental breakfast. Shared bathrooms spotless. Great location, between ground and town. Love it!
This place did exactly what it says on the tin. The beds were comfortable and it was very clean. We booked one room between 5 guys originally but only 4 of us could make it. The rooms were huge. The location is interesting but the parking and place is secure. If you're after a cheap bed for the night then you couldn't ask for anything more. This isn't the Ritz but it didn't pretend to be that's why the 5 stars. Make sure you book direct to get a discount.
Such a lovely place very reasonable, comfortable and clean. It included breakfast which was an added bonus .we were upgraded when we arrived to a 2 bedroom suite. The staff were extremely friendly and we are definately returning for a other visit.Janet and Jackie.
