Had a weekend in Liverpool and stayed here. Nice central location and friendly helpful staff. The restaurant was great for breakfast. My son enjoyed the pancakes, cooked breakfast and cereal daily

Good location. Simple check in. Iron (& board) available from Reception. Rooms have temperature control, and are a good size with bath. However, the breakfast staff seem overwhelmed so there's may be a delay...
Great location really friendly staff car parking opposite. Car park validated for discount. Special mention to Peter in the restaurant breakfast time very helpful. Also John early hours Sunday morning went above and beyond. They are s credit to the team we have stayed here 4 times now and will again. Thank you
