Easy service. Hired a van to move some furniture, Six didn't have the van category I'd originally ordered but they let me know this via several ways the day before so I was at least informed. Van I got was bigger with no extra charge. Van was in good condition and easy to drive with no issues. Would use again.
I am extremely disappointed in the service that I have received! They never have the category of car that I request and pay for which is shambollic, I also hired a car for one day returned the next day within the allotted time and within the grace period got to the office to hand the key back and there was a queue so no staff was available to see me this then caused me to go 5 minutes over the grace period I was then charged for an extra day of hire which is ridiculous it's not my fault if they do not have enough staff to cover I shouldn't of been charged extra for this at all! Sixt I will not be returning to you again the service is not good enough the prices are not fair the help after is horrific! My family use Sixt but never again will be going else where from now.
