By leaving your details and Credit card, you just give them the opportunity to fiddle with your credit card and charged unjustified amount of money without your consent... In addition, the staff (Liverpool Airport Branch Manager + Customer services in London Office Janesse) in general are unprofessional, Jitteriness, careless, brainless, clueless, and ARROGANT... So, if you have the money, the time, and Suicidial tendencies... GO AHEAD this will be the best option for you... Book with them and you will see... IT IS THE IDEAL MAZE OF DEATH
Stay away - these cowboys are just out to cheat customers in a clearly fraudulent manner. Twice I have experienced absolutely shocking service from the Asian custoner service lady at Speke airport. I was a regular customer but no longer. Do not believe their booking system as it is illegal and they should be thrown in prison. Scumbags. Companies likw this should be closed down.
The location is perfect because you're right in town and easirent will bring the car to you. I've hired a few times now and I keep coming back for the service, rather than the price. The Liverpool team are so friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. Big thanks to Lee, Ste and Eddy!
