After hearing horror stories but needing a hire car I bit the bullet for the first time using these as they do an online NHS discount.I went from short term to a long term (3 months) and the dealt with multiple people on the phone and 3 in store on different occasions (Ezra, Lindsey and Matt I think).Nothing but ease, helpfullness and friendliness. Will definitely not hesitate to use again!

Absolutely appalling company. Left me stranded when I had a puncture and charged me 85 PER DAY. I had to arrange my own recovery and vehicle exchange. Their response? Nothing
