Glad I decided to go with Enterprise and not Hertz, I rented the medium van commerical and they gave us the keys to a practically brand new vehicle. Van was super clean when we picked it up which went smoothly - equally dropping it off. Unlimited mileage (drove to London and back) and one of the few places that open on Sundays. Aside from being quite reasonable the service from Enterprise has always been first rate and each time I have used them I've had a literal, service with a smile.
Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.I use a hire car 2-3 times a year. Decided to use Enterprise for a change because the location is more convenient. Had a phone call after booking online saying they cannot verify my address and my council tax bill, water bill, electricity bill, a bank statement, phone bill, drivers license and a payslip isn't sufficient evidence. Had to use a train instead costing 150 more plus all the hassle of public transport.
