Always time for me even if just walk in. Doctor very helpful and attentive.
The doctors and nurses are brilliant, but the receptionists are absolutely terrible. Not only they are not nice to students and have no understanding of basic good manners, they even put me on a waiting list to see a doctor for two weeks even though I have a severe illness and I told them it was an emergency. Luckily I called dr Gaynor privately and he met me immediately, understanding the severity of the situation. It seems like the receptionists have no intelligence or sensitivity whatsoever, they just do what they get told to do without thinking, they are basically robots. Unhelpful, unpolite robots.
You can tell how unprofessional and rude they are.The first time I went in it was about to close but rather than tell me directly to come tomorrow she listened to me but whispered with a person next to her. Then she told me that it was about the closing time impolitely. Before I left she and her colleage whispered again and laughed I don't know why. Is it a funny thing to see a patiant? Difficult. Terrible experience.
Don't even bother to go, they do nothing!I completely lost my time. I saw someone who did not know what I have, did not know what caused it and did not know what treatment to give. BUT she finished positively by saying "don't worry, it's nothing serious" and suggested to see another doctor! At the end she wrote in a piece of paper, that she found on her desk, a medicine that could possibly help me and told me that I can find it in any pharmacy. When I went to the pharmacy, straight after the appointment, I was told that I need a prescription for this medicine. I explained that I just saw a doctor and she suggested this medicine but of course the pharmacist couldn't give it without a prescription. I checked it online and it was under the category "Prescription only medicine". Till know I haven't understood why she did it. I'm completely disappointed with the level of service/help they provide. No advise, no treatment, no result.
The nurse I dealt with was excellent. Unfortunately I cant say the same for the receptionist staff. While waiting for my appointment, I witnessed them being rude towards visitors on two separate occasions. To top it off, as a patient left I noticed the receptionist team turn to each other, mocking the person leaving. I couldnt hear everything but from I heard he had forgotten to bring something. I wish I had asked for their names, however the older blonde lady in particular let herself down. Being unorganised is forgiveable but being rude and openly unprofessional is not.
