I have received excellent care from the staff.They are really friendly and always helpful.Thank you all for your time.
Terrible practice. The reception staff are disinterested and cant even book an appointment for the day you requested, instead booking it for the wrong day or hour. They also questioned my proximity to the practice even though my road is clearly within their range. I had to speak to their IT department, who agreed I was wel within the boundaries, only to turn up at the practice to be told Im not in the boundaries. Such incompetence. The doctors themselves just provide the most basic examination then say youre ok, only for you to be violently ill the same night. Now the practice is closed for no apparent reason and theyre not even answering the phone. Just awful
This is a great GP Practice. All of the staff are polite, helpful and professional. The same day access clinics make it easy to see a nurse or doctor quickly. Thank you!
Very very disappointing service, I tested my thyroid here weeks ago and I have not yet received any call or a message after 15 days.I went there a couple of times and I was told that I will get a call from my doctor tomorrow ,they say that every time but it's been days I have been waiting. Very very careless management,its a shame actually because I need to increase/decrease my medicine according to the report but they are not at all concerned ,this is pathetic.People come here for medical attention which is very important for each and every one ,I am wondering hoe they have no respect and take it casually.I have been waiting too long for my reports now.its been 15 + days, that's really surprising because I need to do my test every 3months and since the last 5 years I have been doing so, so I know how much time it generally takes.Also I travel lot so I have done test's in multiple countries .I am suprised that this has been the longest and the worst wait. I went there,I called them everything still I am told just now that I will be called tomorrow for the 3rd time ,let's see what happens.. It's annoying .
I booked my appointment, came 10 minutes earlier and was seen after about 15 mins. There isn't a long wait here. The doctor was really lovely, he heard me till the end, reassured me and explained everything. He even discussed some of my concerns. Tried over the phone consultation earlier and they were efficient too. The staff is friendly and helpful. Great practice.
