I came in last year (I know I'm late to this) with extremely severe stomach pain. I was first told I'm probably pregnant, then the nurse felt my stomach and said I have gallstones 100%.2 days later, I ended up in hospital (in my home city) and was there for 3 weeks with a rare blood clot, and torn spleen. Every single medical professional I told, said the nurse was useless and shouldnt have given me her '100%' diagnosis if she hadn't even done any tests on me. I actually almost died due to complications caused by the blood clot. Thank god I decided to go to the hospital to be on the safe side!
Doctors are truly patient focused and will do everything to help the patient, appointments are east to obtain however I question why is the phone line is constantly engaged, luckily I live local but for those that do not this is not good, maybe improvement in this area is needed.

Excellent doctors, may have to wait occasionally but the friendly receptionists are always accommodating in giving you an appointment. Past doctors that I have been with have made it difficult to book an appointment (unless you know 3 weeks prior that your going to be ill). Doctors are thorough and inform you of any information that may help you to understand your illness.Excellent friendly nurses and health therapists, very happy to have changed to this doctors :-D
this is the worst drs surgery ever! receptionists are rude and obnoxious!! cant get an appointment when you really need 1 last time ended up in a&e this time having to attend the walk in centre! simple requests like repeat prescriptions seem a chore for the receptionists to deal with, waited 12 mins just to book in because receptionist is that slow and the other is making a hot drink! wouldn't bother requesting a call from practice manager as she just makes excuses for the whole practice....its a joke!!
