If you want to be kept waiting for 40mins + this is surgery for you, promoting online app other day and receptionists totally blanked me and asked everyone else....Not happy!!!
This morning I phoned this excuse for a surgery to book an appointment for my partner. At 2 minutes past 8 (2 minutes after their phone lines open) I was placed in an automated queue at number 4 for an appointment. At 6 minutes past 8 I got through to be told there are no appointments for the entire day and an emergency call back from a triage Dr was the best I could hope for.This surgery is so incompetent that 2 minutes after they open, they are fully booked.Absolute disgrace of a surgery!
God damm awful the main dr needs to retire shes not cut out for the moden paitent who asks questions and wont be spoken to like a idiot child

Time and money wasters. They do not care about you. They are slow. Not keeping time agreed - if you are lucky enough to have appointment. You're calling them as early as possible, they are already fully booked. Absurd. Doctor haven't even checked me. He just said the same thing I've said to receptionists about my condition, using a bit more medical/latin description. Prescribed medicine that does not work - if he just checked me properly he would see that prescription makes no sense. Now struggling to book home visit. Almost impossible. Maybe this is a good place for healthy people. If you need a help, this is not right place. Funny part is a poster stating doctor or policemen for you to choose. Looks like they already know how terrible is their service. To keep them off the anger they need constabularies. Maybe you should try to provide better service instead?
