I have a contract there as I work nearby. Why do you let people park anywhere in there and not in marked bays? Its tight enough in there as it is. If you park at the bottom strand side and want to come out on other side you have to negotiate cars parked all over the shop on the way up. Also several reports of cars being broken into - how does that happen?
Will never ever again will park my car there No facilities for Wheelchair , no facilities for the baby's Pram! We tried exit the building for approx 20min,. Got on the lift to the Upper level and there we go, surprise - Long stairs :-) Had to go back down and exit via cars entrance, which is unsafe to do so! Also I believe it is overpriced as well as the parking spaces very tiny ..
Used this car park as it was the nearest to the isle of man terminal. The price was good and with it was 24 hour security which we felt good about. Finding it was straight forward and parking inside was easy as there were plenty of spaces. Will definately use this car park again when returning to the Isle of Man.
Feel secure at night with access control gates. Actually price is good for long term parking for up to 12 or 24 hours. Although you can argue on street parking is free at night.
Pre-booked space. Very reasonably priced. No hassle. Would return.
