Kinda sketchy, but shuts at 2000, so not quite Mad Max levels off depravity. However, it's cheap at 4.00 for all day, if you feel like getting involved in a live action version of Borderlands. He'll, it's a car park. No carpet, bring change, enjoy.
Good car park we always use it, very cheap and right in town
A concrete hell, complete maze with large parts fenced off. Understand there are plans to demolish. Pay and display, but think it doesn't do card? You can also do pay by phone. Gets busy but large capacity. Good location for University and Liverpool Central station end of town. Can't recall prices but as Council operated probably reasonable.
Great car park, cheap too which is always a plus just make sure if you're using the app to pay put your reg correctly.
Bit run down and under the weather, but a well located and seemingly safe car park, at a great price, nicely situated for access to the city. Be aware there only appears to be one machine in the building that accepts cards, they do however offer a pretty good app that can be used in almost any of the city centre parking locations.
