I park here most of the time, it's well lit and has surveillance cameras on all levels. As a woman, especially when alone, I feel secure in the knowledge that there's staff around. The only drawback is that it is expensive if you use it regularly, but you can't put a price on feeling safe.
Excellent parking facilities, plenty of spaces. Although definitely needs more parent and child spaces. Spaces are quite tight so if you have a big car it can be awkward!Prices are on the high side, but if you have the q park app and scan your ticket each time you go your 5th (I think) is free.Always staff around so I feel my car is secure here.
Tight cornering exiting and entrance to car park , clean and tidy areas throughout car park , easy accses to all area's, but you have to pay for convenience of city centre car parking !!! Very much on the expensive side !!!!
The location is fantastic but you need to be aware that (as with all Q Parks) it is extremely expensive to park here. Don't confuse this with the other Q Park nearby (Liverpool One) when going back to your car.
At 17 for a lost ticket (yes, that's SEVENTEEN POUNDS) despite us only having been there for 2 hours, you'd have thought they'd be rich enough to fix the bent doors that have been flapping and slamming in the wind since we moved to Liverpool six years ago. The lifts are also frequently broken and/or take so long to arrive that we often resort to carrying our pram up and down the stairs instead.
