It is a little awkward to find but well worth the effort. Its the cleanest, tidiest, most secure city centre car park we have ever used and very good value. Yes it is a little tight inside, like most multi stories, but we have been in many worse and managed.
Will use it again, felt very safe, already recommended it to a friend, on leaving we saw a employee with a dustpan and brush cleaning the parking areas, well done as I've never ever seen that anywhere before.
Faulty ticket machine was unable to give a ticket on arrival. Guy at the office in "London" told us to come back later and he would issue us with a ticket to get out. We returned 90 minutes later and the same man tried to issue us an 8 ticket for a "lost ticket fee." When the time for the parking should have cost just 2. Will park elsewhere until the facilities are working and maintained properly.
Great car park, it is a bit tight but plenty of spaces. Only issue with this one is the website never works so I can never get access to the amazing deals they post around the car park.
A very efficient and convenient city centre secure car park. Ordered a ticket online and simply entered the code upon arrival. Cheapest parking we could find at 6 for 24hr. Happy days.
