Good car park used this place while visiting the arena. Very short walk to the arena. Felt safe leaving car here came back after gig & no problems with car. Very cheap parking will definitely use again.
CAR STOLEN from here mid December overnight (Friday into Saturday). Contacted the car park immediately after informing and registering the theft with police. The car park owners were EXTREMELY SLOW at replying only replying on the following Tuesday. When they did reply they were very helpful in passing the CCTV images to the police, but at this stage the car was long gone. The CCTV isn't monitored and isn't available immediately when needed - what is the point of having CCTV if you are not monitoring it? The CCTV coverage doesn't monitor the whole site effectively. Secondly the patrols conducted by UK Parking Control LTD are not extensive enough, it took the thieves nearly 20 minutes to steal my car, having smashed the window and set the alarm off. If I could give it no stars I would, the owners didn't even offer to refund the cost of the car parking which would have been a decent gesture for something which is a severe economic and emotional loss.

Good day rate easy access. Very handy for the arena and not our to reach for other city center attractions. Albert Dock is especially nearby with good views of the liverbuilding and the waterfront across to Birkenhead. There is also a McDonald's nearby on your way back
