Avoid this company at all costs. The good: you can walk to the airport terminal in 5 mins. The bad:They drive your car around (mine did 48 miles) and regularly exceed the speed limit. My car was with them for 4 days but when I collected it it was filthy. Not just dirt and grime but splashed mud, all over the bonnet, windscreen, windows and doors. The car looked like it had been rallying. Unless Colin McRae is back and working in Liverpool, this firm are abusing people's vehicles. Probably parked on a farm or something. When I asked they said "oh we'll wash it for you" - even if they are abusing cars, surely common sense would be to wash off the evidence before giving it back to the owner?! Shows how stupid they are. Ridiculous.
DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CARPARK! After I returned from holidays I found out that they crashed my car! I tried to contact them but they never replied to my messages and phone calls! AVOID THIS COMPANY!
Terrible place to park, with shocking/no customer service. They expect you to hand over your car keys and trust them but when they damage your car they do not care one bit.
Please avoid this place. I parked my car here for 4 days and came back to a huge scuff on the front corner. When I phoned to ask what has happened they said email, when I have emailed they have not responded once to 4 emails now. They honestly couldnt care less. If you value your car do not park it here.
parked our van here over a weekend no problems at all, very close to the airport. Recommended.
