We go here often as its central for us. It's always clean and you are able to chose where you sit once in the auditorium for that set picture. Staff are mostly friendly.

The cinema was okay but when I visited, it wasn't as clean as I would have expected sadly. This may have been due to a lack of staff as there was only one person serving at the snacks & drinks counter, despite a long queue. One person on the ticket desk, again despite a queue. So my experience that time was not the best & the wait to be served on both purchasing your ticket & then only purchasing any drinks, popcorn, etc was far too long & I was worried that I would miss the start of the film never mind the previews. Thankfully I didn't miss the film but the last preview was playing when I got in, so I missed seeing the trailers of future films I might like to see.

Stepping foot outside this place makes you feel like you've taken a time machine back 35 years, and I mean that in the best way possible. The old style letter board outside, the external decor with its red neon, everything makes this place feel like a time capsule. The lobby is somewhat more modern, and a central desk surrounded by walkways is an interesting touch. The screens themselves aren't anything to write home about, but I had no problems enjoying my movie. The staff are relaxed and friendly.Had an excellent time and got to pretend I was a character in stranger things for a bit as I walked out. What more could you want?

Tickets and snacks good prices. Got through really quick. Seats are REALLY uncomfortable and small. No drinks holders. Everything has to sit on the floor, which explains why it's so sticky.Good open reception with lovely staff... Cinema screens are big, but everyone squashed like sardines in tiny seats.

Good place in general, however the toilets need a little more checking on, and after watching the first 15 minutes or so of the movie we where watching it cut off and started at the beginning again, which kind of ruined the flow. After about 5-10 minutes of watching the beginning again the movie was jumped forward to near the point we'd seen it to. The situation wasn't ideal if you're in a tight time schedule, and like I said it ruined the flow. I feel if this hadn't happened and if there had been at least some offer of compensation I would have scored the place better. Hopefully this was a rare event. However the toilet checks could be done more frequently, in general they where clean but there where a few toilets that had amassed a lot of paper in then so it's obvious it had been a while since they where looked at.
