Refurb is brilliant and loving the recliners. Hope they maintain it well. Could manage queues better in peak periods but lovely staff.
Spent a very pleasant afternoon here, watching Stan & Ollie. I had never been before not a big fan of cinema but I wanted to see this film, so chose Odeon Luxe over my local cinema. The whole place was spotless. And the bit that wasn't, was actually being cleaned by the very pleasant and helpful young lady who showed me where and how to collect my ticket.The reclining seats were comfy and spacious (not that I'm a porker) with plenty of leg room. A small table for your snacks and a cup holder for your drink - much better than bunging it all on the floor.After 30 minutes, they ran out of adverts and trailers and decided to show the film. I'll remember that for any future visit.If any films do catch my eye in future (I won't hold my breath) I'll be watching them here. Oh and there's acres of parking, too.
The cinema is looking great but the older man steward was very rude to my teenage daughter and her friend and was asked to leave because they spoke while he was in the room. when I told him I was with them he said they could stay. There was lots of other noise in the room by others and nobody else was asked to leave I will be making a complaint.
Absolutely love the revamp! The reclining seats are slightly smaller than those in other cinemas but for no extra cost it's a steal! The sound system is incredible too. Seeing Bohemian here was phenomenal.
Good cinema. Clean. Nice staff. Comfy seats. Lots of parking available. Screen and sound quality are good. Only 4 stars because food is a little expensive. What cinema isn't though.
