A great cinema, with loads of screens, plenty of showings and lots of refreshment stalls. The staff are very helpful, and give good recommendations. The majority of the seats in different screens are reclining, meaning that almost any film is enjoyable. A fantastic cinema, and I will definitely return.
Visited yesterday. Would have had 5 stars but for the Nachos, which were very disappointing. Lovely surroundings, great seating, excellent sound system. I would really consider changing the way you serve nachos at the concessions. Almost spoiled our day.
i normally go to Fact cinema in the city, but thought I would try my local cinema-easy for me to get to on the bus, along from Aigburth. I went for a 11.30a.m. showing on a Saturday-it was empty-so it was lovely and quiet, seats great, plenty of disabled toilets and lifts, staff very sweet. nice to be able to get a great cup of coffee to take in. I thought the tickets were very reasonable - only 8 for over 60's. BUT no seats at all on the ticket/sweets floor-so very awkward if you have arranged to meet someone there. and no recycling bins-I also found the upper floor a bit disorientating-queer lights and sparkly floor!
Great arenas. Good sound. Parking looks well designed. Nice cafe, friendly attentive staff which I put high regard in. Needs to have a recycling policy. There is space for collected storage. Come on join in on that. The upstairs lobby however is garish, not to my taste. On a serious note I'm not convinced that the light signage in the screen foyer is clear enough. I struggle to see the exit signs distinctly from the others. My other experiences leads me to enquire if the complex has evacuation training. All in all a pleasant visit.
Nice and clean. Big foyer but there was only one person scanning QR codes (it wasn't a busy day so we didn't wait long). Based on screen 5 - this particular screen is smallish, but it filled the wall and was pin sharp and bright without blemishes and the audio was clear. The seating was clean with the ability to lean back a bit if required. Plenty of space for those of us with long legs.
