Yesterday my husband was working in Liverpool and and suffered a TIA. He was taken by ambulance to the Royal Liverpool and immediately upon arrival the Stroke pathway team took action. Within 2 hours of arrival he was given scans of the brain and neck and fully assessed. The care given by Sue and Dr Sharman was exemplary and an example to others. The doctor even followed with a telephone call to ensure we continued to receive the correct treatment back home in Manchester. We cannot thank them enough and can only sing their praises.
Great hospital. Dr James and team was excellent. Provided great service & I strongly recommend it.
I cant praise this hospital high enough. From the 111 service, to the ambulance crew, to the A&E team, to the Ward teams when my dad was admitted there last night with suspected pneumonia. So professional & kind, they made a very traumatic situation for my family into one in which I felt my dad was in the safest & best hands. This is absolutely will I will fight to save our NHS & its amazing staff.thank you
My boyfriend went into A&E and the staff where absolutely fantastic at seeing him quickly. I send high praises to Rob the nurse clinician that was involved in every aspect of his care, his fast assessment and quick thinking was outstanding. Thanks for taking the time to speak to the family also and making everyone feel so calm. Thanks to his surgeon who was on call and came in to do his emergency surgery, and to the nurses in recovery for caring for him when he woke up. And all tge extra slices of toast and tea. He sends all his thanks. What an amazing team, a credit to the proffesion well done and thank you all so much.
Been under the care if the Diabetes Team at the Royal for 12 months, they are superb. Great nurses and Dr's. I had really bad blood sugar control due to other medical problems. The staff at the Royal worked with me, my GP and other hospitals to help me. My diabetes is now perfectly controlled and I feel a thousand times better.I cannot thank them enough, I would recommend anyone to go there if they need help with diabetes. Thanks for everything.
