10 stars for this place! Amazing and saved my daughters life, she's got more surgery coming up in a few weeks and I know we'll have to same amazing treatment as last time. Yes we have had some slight delays sometimes, which is totally understandable in a hospital where they are dealing with emergency life saving operations at the drop of a hat. Do not understand any 1 star review! Thank you all at Alder Hey :)
Regular visits here with my daughter, 5* facilities. Staff are helpful & professional. The Car Park and parking is the only negative.
My son had heart surgery when he was a baby and another when he was two years old. The staff on the ward and intensive care are absolutely outstanding couldn't ask for anything else. Now he is 15 yrs old didn't think I will see him grow up to be a healthy young man. Thank you Alder Hey
Absolutely amazing this place.Staff are amazing with my daughter, amazing facilities.No issues whatsoever,I live in Wigan and I swear, I travel 3 hours here, and its worth every hour.My daughter loves Alder Hey
Can't say enough about this amazing facility or the absolutely incredible staff at this hospital. The atmosphere is so calming and welcoming for children. There just couldn't be a more positive way to soften what is a difficult experience for little ones and their familiesThe staff from the medical team right down to the porters and cleaning staff are consistently friendly and smiling, and the architecture is exceptional with something to attract the attention/ distract little ones from the emergency department, right through to the wards. So lucky to have this on our doorstep
