I have been admitted a number of times at Aintree University Hospital, on Emergency terms. I find this hospital a credit to NHS, the staff through out are amazing.. the service they provided me while admitted in hospital so dedicated at there work and with kindness.
Went to A&E with a knee problem was checked in smoothly, waited about an hour to be seen by Adele the nurse sent me for an xray got results fairly quickly an a diagnosis was very happy with service.
Can't fault this place the staff are 2nd to none everyone was so polite and helpful even the cleaning staff went out of there way if I could bane them all I would .brilliant can praise them enough . Especially leroy he's mad az eggs was 4 days here in 15 /10 /18
young Doctors and nurses were fantastic, efficient, but totally let down by the Pharmacy who took over three hrs to deliver what was a simple order, this meant that though i was not in a bed i was basically blocking the use of such for those three hours. there where people waiting for that space outside as i left. The young Dr. who looked after me was most apologetic though she had no need to be . what was a really positive visit was turned into a frustrating one. That said , Dr,s , nurses just fantastic.
Doctors/Nurses I had dealt with were amazing, was in absolute agony with stomach pain, and even though they could not decipher what the issue was, they have referred me onto the necessary specialists who deal with these situations.Honestly couldn't thank the staff enough, providing the pain relief I needed and just all around being really helpful and polite throughout, especially given the time restraints they must be under.I hope this reaches the doctors/nurses that helped me whilst I was there because they were fantastic.
