Can't thank Steve Beddoe enough for helping me with the purchase of our first car. Lovely man who answered any questions or concerns I had and made everything so easy and simple for me! Didn't wait long at all for the car to be ready and picked up after it had its MOT and Service. He helped set up my phone to the car and showed me how to use everything inside which made me feel at ease! Also as I had not driven in nearly a year after passing my test, I was slightly nervous so he stayed with me to test drive and made me feel much more relaxed and confident for my journey home! 5 stars to Steve brilliant service! Will definitely return in the future for an upgrade!
Excellent help and support from both the call centre and the teams in the body shop and service team. They even picked up my car and delivered it back as I had broken my hand. The car had been valeted. No fuss, very helpful, great service, reasonable prices.
Purchased a car from Alan Sharp at Peoples Ford Bootle - Fiesta.Good buying experience.Alan was very approachable and keen to show us the vehicles that matched our criteria. Happy to spend time outlining the different cars and their features.This was the fourth dealership we had visited that day and of all the so called Salesmen we spoke to only Alan was interested in matching what we were looking for to our budget and making a deal for a cash buyer who wanted a good car in a hurry.Pick up of car was excellent with Alan taking time to show all the features and how to use them. All the pre sales work that was agreed as part of the purchase was done. Car was 3 years old but looked like new.Only downside was the service had not been stamped when the service was done. This was soon corrected.Dealership was a long way from home but worth the journey.
