Servicing... Not a good experience. Took my vehicle there to preserve its FMSH but honestly for the price I really wonder if its worth it, especially given that you can be told it'd be four of more days to book the car in.I'd properly washed and cleaned the exterior and interior of the vehicle, but apparently Ford still gave it a go over anyway, and instead declined to look at things I'd asked of them. Hardly serving the customer.One of the things I'd asked is if the timing belt could be checked in case it needed replacing before the next service, and they didn't bother despite asking because 'the vehicle wasn't at the mileage for it to be checked'. Useless if it goes prematurely.Didn't bother to clear the service oil light - that's pathetic. The technical staff seem like they've always got something on which leads me to believe they'll rush and overlook things.Their main building didn't seem to have working Air Conditioning when I visited, having to wait 20 minutes to determine whether they had a spare locking wheel nut key (they didn't) and almost passed out from the heat.Honestly quite a poor experience. This year I'll be causing myself inconvenience - going much further from home, taking the car to another Ford garage hoping for better.
Excellent and easy pain free service from Paul Williams at Peoples in Speke. Handled everything for me to part ex in my car and pick up my new one at a time convenient for me. Would definitely recommend Paul at Peoples Speke. Couldnt find any reason to not give 5 stars
