All the staff we had dealings with were extremely informative and helpful.Our salesperson Hayely was absolutely fantastic and kept us regularly updated with the progress via video messages. Price-wise, this dealership offered us more than any of their competitors for our part-ex vehicle and the finance manager and sales staff stayed out of hours to make sure the paperwork could be dealt with when we bought the car as time for us was limited on collection day. We didn't feel rushed or pushed when we came to view as we had been in other dealerships. Hayley accompanied us on our test drive and was knowledgeable on all aspects of the vehicle whenever we had any questions. Although it's their job to sell and provide great service, we never felt like it was forced or fake. Great customer service meant they got the sale. We found a small stone chip in the paintwork on collection and Hayley even nipped to get a paint pen to touch it up.I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from here again!
