I dealt with Jack Hope, he was an excellent salesman, not pushy, and really cared about me making an informed decision. There was a huge choice of product for me and there are many cars there for great value. After I had made the purchase, I was contacted to make sure everything was going well. The shop itself is welcoming and comfortable. The dealership has champion customer service and all staff are there to help. I will definitely be coming back in the future and have recommended this place and Jack to a friend.
Called into garage as my wing mirror had been knocked off. And although the dealership did not stock my make of car(Citroen). I was greeted by a friendly face of car park attendant named Alan. Who spoke to the guys in the garage who fixed tape to the wing mirror and secured it in place so it was fit to drive until I was able to book it in with my own dealership.I was so grateful for their help and kindness. He explained everything in great detail which helped me to make an informed decision on the car I was buying. Great customer service, wasnt too pushy.
