Found them to be excellent. Visited for details of some second-hand cars. Came back on the Saturday and although very few staff on site, the young lady who assisted us (Anna) was exceptionally helpful. We found a car we were very interested in for my mother-in-law and Anna found it having just completed it's inspection and checks. Took a test drive and made an offer. Agreed a fair price and job done! Anna was a star!
Very friendly and helpful staff, who will guide you through the whole process. The second-hand car we got is in excellent condition, with warranty, full service history and currently valid MOT. There was a small wiring fault that we discovered before leaving and they fixed it on the spot.
I took my fantastic new Fabia into the service department to have a little niggle with the exhaust checked out. All was fine and my car was washed and cleaned inside too. Lovely surprise. Thank you for fabulous service once again.
Dis interested staff who took eight months to order and get a part I required for my car - many hours of waiting in their showroom to be told the part was not there - then the member of staff walked away before any questions could be asked - this happened on several occasions and different members of staff did it - It seems that once they have sold you a car they loose interest in customer after sales support(Edit) I decided to give them another chance to supply some paint for my car - staff were more pleasant at this time one even accompanied me outside to my car to look at the damaged paintwork - told me and ordered the appropriate paint - three weeks later I was phoned the paint had arrived and went and picked it up the same day-- much more impressed this time than earlier - Thank you
