Just had my road bike serviced and am very impressed with the service. I've had experience with both Halfords and Evans and this is by far the best. The staff are super friendly and explain everything that needs to be done. The price was very reasonable and they went above and beyond my expectations. I highly recommend this service and will be returning for all my bike needs!
What a great bike shop, selling a full range of new bikes for casual cycling and the more serious enthusiasts, as well as a great repairs service. Really helpful staff, and good value too, they never try to sell you something more expensive than what you have asked for or need. I've been a customer for 20 years and wouldn't go anywhere else in Liverpool. Five stars well deserved.
Excellent service and great turnaround. I needed a new chain and this was replaced in a few hours and ready later the same day. I was also given some great advice from the mechanic. They also adjusted my gears and the price was very reasonable. A valued and recommended local store and great to have an alternative to the big chain stores (excuse the pun)
