Will be contacting PCI DSS. Unsafe data security practices. Took picture of card and ID before agreeing to give bike from online order. (sent by unencrypted email from a personal phone, full of personal photos, email not deleted from sent emails and sent to who knows where)
Good quality bikes to suit a range of budgets, along with as much other kit as you could possibly want. Staff are particularly knowledgeable and very friendly. The shop itself is in a very interesting building, originally a Victorian mill.
Fantastic store and staff. Jonathon was very knowledgeable and professional, he even managed to entertain my 4 year old son between set up! Looking forward to picking up my new bike next week!
