Had puncture last year with my bike the staff kindly fixed it for me, however the next day I had another puncture... i went back to ask for them to install a new inner tube for me, but the manager refused to do it for free even though I had a receipt, I had to fork another 9 for an installation of a inner tube... they should either refund me on this or change the inner tube for free.. it's a bit petty as the manager said they wont make any business otherwise... the thing is the manager don't no is I have 3 other bikes and they require allot of servicing... did I go back after poor customer service skills? hell no.. they could of had allot of jobs from me from my bikes but they get a bad review on google and allot of money wasted from me not going there, i'm happy to go to Halfords... but all worth a replacing a 3 inner tube, great way enticing new customers... not.

I like to support local business s. Went in here. Very helpful staff. Inflated my tyre an gave me price of a new pump at 24. Then manager comes in an ruins the rapport i was building with other staff. He starts going on about charging me 1 to fill a tyre. So i simply go online an buy a better pump for 14 instead of shopping local . A little pettiness goes a long way. All the way to ebay
