After spending time in Japan on various trips I can honestly say that this is the best Japanese food I have found outside of Japan. This is the real deal, amazingly prepared, delicious and very good value for money all served by excellent staff. Really can't sing the praises of this place enough, my favourite restaurant in Liverpool by miles.
Etsu is our favourite restaurant in Liverpool. Proper traditional Japanese food and setting, delicious food, and exceptional service for lunch and dinner. And this has been consistent over the years, standards have never dropped- keeps getting better!
Food was lovely. Very clean, calm atmosphere. Service very good. Enjoyed our meal very much. Although they do take bookings we walked in off the street on a Sunday evening and got a table without problem. Would recommend
