The best steak I've ever had and cooked to perfection. The chips were amazing and so was the peppercorn sauce. Worth every penny!
Don't go here it will spoil food for you from anywhere else for the rest of your life! Far too delicious. Save yourself eat at a less awesome venue and everywhere else will still seem good. 10 stars!
We came here at the end of November.. And might l say the food was exceptional! Probably the best fillet on steak I've EVERY had! (I've eaten lot's of steak!) The whole dining experience was excellent.. The staff were fantastic too! Absolutely love this place! We will definitely be visiting again the next time we visit Liverpool (probably September) Highly recommend!
Don't bother if you don't like steak. But I like steak and enjoyed my visitNice place, based upon an old house so multiple rooms, each with seating, gives the impression that you're eating in a small place. Service was friendly and attentive but not overly so. Food, well cooked and tasty. Prices about right. Menu for some will be a bit limited but for us was fine. Wouldn't hesitate to return.
Devine bovine! Steak was absolutely delicious, cooked perfectly. We also had the mushrooms, fries and mash sides which were all good. The only downside is that it can get a little too noisy in the small dining rooms when there are large parties. Will definitely be going again.
