Fantastic museum paying homage to the greatest band that the world has ever seen.. when you get to the john Lennon section it's particular moving when you hear imagine next to his lovely white piano and glasses and the lyrics are on the wall..if that doesn't move you nothing will.. fantastic day and a must see in Liverpool.. the commentary is brilliant on the headphones and goes through their whole history

For a Beatles museum, this should have been so much more inspiring and edifying. I don't think I got much of the essence of their music or its inspiration or beauty. Would not recommend the museum. It doesn't do Beatles justice.

Fantastic experience and on our way round we heard a live band playing It was the baby faced Beatles Absolutely amazing and fantastic performance Travelled up from Leicester to see the game and glad we popped in here.100% recommended a visit Staff was helpful and the Beatles story was amazing

A fantastic place to visit and here is my honest opinion of the Beatles Story. An interesting overview of Beatles history with some good photos instruments and paraphernalia. John Lennon Imagine room is very moving.Unsure about the best time to visit here as it does get busy with tourists. Audio guide could have been better as it was out of sync with the exhibition rooms. Cafe was reasonably priced and well stocked.Plenty of gifts to purchase so take plenty of money. Staff are friendly and helpful. Some people say it is expensive and I wouldn't disagree but is it any more expensive than any other tourist attraction in places like London and the answer is probably not. Toilets could have been better but there are so many people using them you can see that it would be difficult keeping them clean all the time. You would have to close them several times a day to clean them.If you are a Beatles fan then forget the negative comments you will love this place. Plenty of photo opportunities.Do ask in advance if there is a quiet time to visit here. 60 to 90 minutes should be plenty of time to visit here. If it's busy expect to stay longer.Overall it's worth the 5* review in my opinion.

A pleasant way to spend a couple of hours and learn more about the Beatles. Some of the memorabilia seems to have quite tenuous links to the band (e.g. one of the exhibits is a pair of glasses that John Lennon threw in the bin) but I liked the various museum sets that you walk through as you go through the experience, such as the interior of the Cavern Club and airplane seats to sit in for Beatlemania. Recommended for tourists and music fans.
