First visit to dentiat in about 6 years, no lecture about poor dental hygiene, care and advice was given with compassion. Appointment was offered within one week for initial assessment and same again for appointment for work to be done.I struggle with gag reflex with foreign objects in my mouth but dentist was patient and understanding.Would recommend now, will update after treatment is completed.

Would recommend Mr Chow as he is a very experienced dentist. It is worth paying a consultation fee to get his opinion before accepting major treatment eg bridges ,dentures etc even if on NHS. Aseptic technique ?? ie He put my earings on equipment tray. Nothing major though!Would recommend Mr Sardev as he is extremely professional and has an excellent manner with patients . He doesnt hurt you when giving local anaesthetic and I have had no post extraction infection or problems so his aceptic technique appears to be good. Inside practise needs some modernisation to maintain high standards of dentistry. Infection control etc Would like to see the private and NHS part as one big surgery . The practise has potential to expand to meet the 4 star rating, particularly in the private sector.
Very good Dental practise, been going for years. Got an appointment within 2 days of ringing, to repair a broken veneer. Mr Cheung did an excellent job of repairing my dodgy cement work in super quick time, in a cheerful manner the whole time.Can't see the crack in it at all Thanks Mr Cheung!
