Went to my appointment today 5/10/18 and have to say my consultant, nurse and staff were excellent. A very big thanks to my consultant C. Mccarthy for being the first professional to take my issues seriously with genuine empathy and humbleness and actually listened. What a credit to the team. Many thanks for giving me hope.
Bad dentist Francis ONeil speaks to you like dirt all my bones have come out and I had it confirmed by olly and Darin who are good I wouldnt go there men have a thin bone that runs across the top of your mouth mr lee in the dental pulled it out be warned there trainersnot good dentists
Recently had to have a procedure in their surgical day unit and was terrorfied but the Dental surgeons and nurses couldn't have been more helpful and went out of their way to make me comfortable. I honestly didn't feel anything until the initial drugs wore off hours later at home.Would reccomend anyone to them as they were brilliant. Thank you Dr. Lord(e) & nursing staff for all your help and support.
Absolutely Horrendous Place to visit The staff are so arrogant its a joke & as for the students you may as well be treated by a team of zombies as a majority of them are only interested in Qualifying & then going into Profiteering dental practices One star because the best thing about the place is the Entrance& Exit doors & those should be boarded up permanently & the place bulldozed to make way for a Car park The big question is who the hell is actually running the place as there appears to be nobody in authority on hand to oversee the absolutely laziest bunch of staff I have ever seen in my life in any NHS facility they just don't want to know or appear to not care or be capable of undertaking any basic task in relation to their duties plus the toilets stank of stale urine so they are not being cleaned or managed properly which reflects how bloody awful the standards are at present The whole place needs a good sorting out & half the Hidden pen pushing paper shufflers getting the boot & all the admin & nursing staff retraining to learn some manners & respect for the patients who keep them in their jobs & pay their wages !!
