I booked an online appointment 2 months in advance. When I came to my appointment I was informed the online system was not working and no dentist was available on the day and I had to reschedule. I rescheduled for two weeks later, only to receive a letter a week later that my appointment was cancelled and that I had to call to reschedule. When I called they informed they were not taking new patients. Total waste of 2 months waiting time, terrible organisation.
The worst place ever been, we took the appointment to here and they just told me we didnt book, the same thing happened on my friends too, and they said the nearest free time is three months later.
Excellent study with friendly, courteous and competent staff from reception to specialist. The study even made me find an interpreter to help me. After carefully checking my teeth, the dentist also cleaned the most difficult points. All this at a ridiculously low price compared to the Italian rates. I am really satisfied from all points of view.
Had to wait over a month for the nearest appointment, then it got cancelled without informing me and they gave me another appointment over a month later!
I am a complete coward when it comes to dentists and was terrified at the thought of having fillings but due to Mrs Diahore patience, all is well !!
