Very friendly staff, vet very attentive to my dog, have been going here for a few years and never had any problem
Registered at The Vet in Liverpool a year ago after a bad experience with another surgery. I couldn't be happier with the service and staff. I've recommended family and they now attend too. My dog had an operation and I was kept fully informed of progress and on every time I've visited. Very caring towards my little dog. Thank you to them all. X
Over the years I have probably tried every vets in this City. At last I have found a vets that I can call mine. Fantastic is the only way I can describe the service I have received. I have visited twice in the last week and staff have been superb. The staff are young, knowledgeable and very caring. What more could you ask for ? The fees were half what I normally pay. My mum had to bring our cat here whilst we were on holiday as he became stressed and developed cystitis. My mum couldnt praise the vet or the surgery enough. She was seen quickly and the vet was absoutely superb with our cat, really caring and thorough. Thank you so much, we will be back.
I am very impressed with The Vet Liverpool. When you first walk through the door you can see how big it is & more importantly how clean it is. There are separate areas for cats & dogs, an area with toys & combs, brushes, etc to purchase. There is also a large area with shelving stocked with pet food for you to purchase & one of my dogs thinks their choice of new food is excellent (the other is on Hill's recovery food for a few days & isn't so happy. Oh & yes, they also stock a selection of Hill's food also) Before my pet had her op I was also fortunate to be able to look behind the scenes & again was very impressed, not to mention more relaxed! They were wonderful with my dog though. They even cheerfully put up with my frequent calls checking on her (she was in for 11 hrs in total) & she is going back for a checkup tomorrow & it was easy to contact & make an appointment. Tomorrow will only be my third time visiting & so I am a newbie but a very impressed newbie & would highly recommend you try it! My vet wanted 600 to do a dental procedure, yet the cost was a heck of a lot cheaper here & I think a lot better service too. I will only visit my vet in future for boosters, as they are paid for life. If you need a great very who will save you some money then register online (5 off) & try it. You can get appointments & also use the walk in daily (yep 7 days a week!!!) They look forward to meeting you & your fur baby!
