Best vets weve been to. Staff are so friendly and nice. Highly recommend it!

Geoff the vet I see is first rate he sorts both my dogs problems out with no fuss just full on care I believe one of my dogs would suffer many more problems if it wasn't for Geoff and his team finding workable solutions. Also your reception staff are first rate always happy to do what they can for you so big thank you to them too. The vet nurses are Also great everything is for the best outcome for your pet.

There are some good vets at the practice but due to their rotation I'm not convinced they read notes/pet history, etc. in readiness for further diagnosis/treatment. The surgery isn't well maintained and the staff do not understand the EU-GDPR (data protection requirements). I've been there when customer records have been visible with names, addresses, etc. all on show. I have just changed my vet because I don't want to risk having this practice as our out-of-hours option.

Thoroughly disappointed in the emergency service we received last night. Charged 120 for a 4am appointment where the vet gave next to no information but two additional priced expensive injections, then tried to get us in for another consultation today (to pay of course) before referring for a scan. The nurse this morning quoted 7000 for all of the treatment but didnt offer a breakdown of why it might cost that and failed to find actual costs for us. Well do anything for our little boy but wouldnt come back here as they were more interested in charging as much as possible whilst giving limited info, and have received far more helpful advice over the phone from other vets.

Not a bad place but after they changed my dog's pet care plan without notifying me I removed my dog as a patient. To be exact the plan I paid for was to include monthly worming and 3 monthly flea treatment along with a free health check every 6 month's. Worming was reduced to 3 monthly despite a whole wall decorated in why you should have your dog done every month in the waiting area. And the health check was reduced to once per year. Most of the vets are good pet friendly people, but are all on rotation so you can never guarantee a good visit.
