Submitted all the registration documents online and had a quick registration chat with the team onsite. Staff are chatty and knowledgable. Also administered first aid when one of my sherpers tried to chop a finger off. Couldn't ask for more
Very straight forward and easy process to get set up with a storage unit at the Edge Lane, Liverpool branch. Having completed the online check-in before arriving, Lisa took me through the final pieces of papereork, gave me a tour of the facilities and went through the security process. Lisa was very helpful and friendly. Roxy helped me set up the combination lock and obtain a detailed invoice.The room itself is clean and secure. There are huge lifts available with pallet trucks, trolleys and a forklift (at extra cost). They also seem to sell packing materials which are cheaper than buying from the high street and look like good quality. If you want to access our of hours it's 10 extra for the month which seems like good value for money.Thanks again to Lisa.
Recently moved for a job and needed to store some of my belongings, this was the place that was convenient for me, as I was hoping to get a flat nearby. Although accessible until 6 pm (i think, dont quote me on this) I found the place secure, accessible and clean. Not the cheapest self-storage but the location worked well for me.
I booked a space last minute. The location is nice, safe and quiet. The gates are well-secured. The company's prices are very reasonable, and they are very flexible as well. Highly recommended. The receptionist (Roxy) was lovely, and the rest of the staff were really helpful. She talked me through the procedure, the different options and the discounts available. She was very knowledgable and detailed.
Storage is clean and the opening offer is good however the prices then take a massive hike and you can only access your stuff until 6pm or you have to pay additional fees for later access (11pm). One staff member was quite rude to me.Make sure you read small print thoroughly as they keep your deposit if you don't give notice to leave. Alternatively you can hire from self storage in st Helens where You don't pay a deposit, prices are a lot lower, and it's 24.7 access....
