We used Rent A Space whilst we went travelling around Asia and Australasia. We just set up a direct debit and forgot about our stuff. What a fantastic place. I had to leave my rental accommodation quickly due to a burst pipe. When I contacted the store they made it so quick and easy to arrange the storage and I moved in the very same day. I was so stressed on the day but the staff there were so lovely, they went out of the way to help. I came away from the store with a smile on face knowing that my belongings were in such good hands. Every time I go into the store they go out of there way to make me feel welcome. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I used Rent A Space in between a difficult house move. Andy, Cal and Josh were brilliant. They also recommended a Man and Van service (Able Removals) and they were fantastic. The whole experience was easy from start to finish.
