People who work here are always rude to you and unhelpful. Myself and other family members all say the same. Not acceptable. Replied to me with a snotty attitude, no time or care taken to help you with your requests and packages handled without care. Pretty sure I got over charged

I was sending a parcel to my home country. As this is my first time, me without having the slightest idea of what to do, luckily there was this kind staff named Paula, assisted me through step by step from the beginning to the end. The whole process was smooth, I felt like I'm served nicely.
I visit this post office on a weekly basis and have nothing but good words to say. Always helpful, polite and give advice when it is needed. I know at Christmas it can be particularly busy but I have never felt stress or chaos when visiting. The staff are lovely, I have often been served by Paula who is nothing but helpful and polite. Always willing to help and offer the best solution to any issue I may have. The customer service is second to none. I have visited when customers are rude and aggressive and the team have always had dignity and manners when trying to deal with some horrible people. Some of the other reviews here seem completely wrong, I have never seen the staff as anything other than polite, friendly, laughing and joking with the customers. I have actually visited other post offices in and around Liverpool with staff who are rude and aggressive. I will continue to use this post office whenever needed and will look forward to seeing the staff. Thank you for all of your help and have a wonderful Christmas and New Year
I had a great experience visiting this post office over the last few months. I have purchased small things from postage stamps, sent parcels and even renewed passports. Every time I have visited the post office I have received great help and customer service, the manager Paula, was delightful and has always been particularly helpful and answered many of my queries. I couldnt rate this post office highly enough. I will definitely continue to use this as my local office, the staff and manager are a pleasure to deal with.
