Boiler not working, Aph came to fit new boiler. Fitted new boiler which now works really well. Leak from bathroom also sorted which caused damage to downstairs kitchen. They even worked till 9 pm so I could have my heating on. Fully recommend them, very professional and friendly
Contacted John at APH early Monday evening regarding a leak on our combi boiler. Advised he would call around the next morning, he sent a text to say what time and arrived promptly as promised, so no waiting around at all for us. Big Plus, his communication was excellent. Our leak turned out to be more problematic than anticipated due to the age of our boiler and also the access to it. Despite this the problem was rectified both effectively and efficiently. Terrible. Neither skilled nor professional. I asked to fix a heating problem, but he made my boiler completely broken down. He didn't know what was wrong on the boiler exactly, tried something randomly. He relied on producer's manual, but he misdiagnosed and failed to fix the problem, and even made the problem worse. I had to change my boiler in the end.
Great company with reasonable prices
Had a gas leak, came out straight away and sorted the problem out, would highly recommend as the price was very reasonable. The young girl apprentice worked amazing well too.
