She's even catered parts of my recovery to my lifestyle so that exercises can be done at my desk at work. Had been carrying a lower back injury for the past 2-3 years. Have been visiting Zen at City Rehab for once or twice a month since March this year and my injury is 99% gone. He assessed me on the first session and we drew a plan from there which was cost-effective for myself and took rehab exercises home in order to achieve my recovery. I am back feeling 100% and I cannot recommend this place more to anyone who might need a fisio expert and need help with injuries. The acupuncture treatment has also been a plus which I also recommend for anyone looking for this type of treatment every now and then. Professionalism, quality and value for money have been the reasons why I stuck to them and keep visiting on a regular basis. Thanks Zen, you legend!
