There's nothing I look forward to more than attending my regular pilates class here. The staff are all lovely and are more than happy to answer any questions you might have. I've really felt the benefits of attending classes at The Physiotherapy Centre as I suffer with back an knee problems. The instructor gives guidance and tailors the exercises to your own personal needs during the class, so you get the best out of it.
